Attention to children's duvet cover sets and children's bedding manufacturers in Türkiye!

 I am currently working on a children’s bedding brand project called Resc’.

I am looking for a duvet cover,
made with children’s bedding  manufacturer capable of producing a waterproof and

*Below are the main specifications envisioned:*
• Outer layer: GOTS- certified organic cotton or bamboo viscose, soft and breathableş
• Inner layer: laminated TPU membrane, waterproof, silent, and breathable

Please find my answers below:
• Closure: strong zipper with a fabric flap for safety
• Sizes: 100 × 140 cm and 140 × 200 cm

1) Fabric / printing
→ pastel colors (e.g. beige, water green, etc.) with an animal pattern.
For the first production phase, I am open to using ready-made printed fabrics (
children-friendly designs such as soft animal, cloud, or neutral patterns) in order to reach my target price.

Custom printed fabric using my own design can be considered in a second phase, once the product is launched.

2) Required information
 
a)  - Sample phase:  
  First, I would like to order 2–3 sample pieces to validate the quality, materials, and finishing.

b)- Initial production order:  
  If the samples are approved, I am ready to start with an initial order of 200–250 piece
c- Estimated total order quantity
- Main production each model : 300–400 pieces

3) I would be grateful if you could provide information regarding:
1. Unit pricing and MOQ (minimum order quantity)
2. Sample pricing and lead times
3. Production lead times for a first production run
4. Available certifications (OEKO- TEX, GOTS, etc.)

- Next phase:  
  If the product performs well on the market, I plan to place larger repeat orders

For the initial production, I am open to standard / ready-made fabrics and designs, 
provided they meet children’s safety and quality standards.
