Spandex covered yarn: Spandex covered yarn is elastic yarn which is combined of syhntetic continue fiber yarns as nylon and polyester with drawn polyurethane yarn via airjet operation or spinning. It can easily return to relax form after stop using force.
Spandex covered yarns under GIPEX brandname , which are produced as air covering and conventionel covering via advanced technology machines in Kutahya Industrial Zone, are generally used in production of socks, knitting and weaving fabrics, seamless as a second yarn. These type of yarns are bringing high elasticity and returning ability, resistance and uncrushable feature to used fabrics. On ready garment sectors using of this kind of yarns, are providing nice body contact and comfort to consumers.
Polyester: It is a fiber which is derived from petroleum. Polyester yarn has high resistance and elasticity characteristic. It has great power of endurance against to drawing and abrasion. The property of termofixing is very high. It is the most successful synthetic fiber in trading usage. Because of having low humudity absorbent, it can be caused of static electrification and peeling problems.
By courtesy of positive characteristics of the fabric which is made from polyester yarns, the usage is very huge. It is extremely common in production of knitting and weaving fabrics. The foreign origin polyester yarn types which we have sold, is usually used in production of underwear- outwear, home textiles ( curtains, upholstery vb. ) and technical textiles ( tents, cots, canvas etc. )
Monofilament yarns: Monofilament yarns which are used for technical purpose, are produced from polyester, nylon, polypropylene etc. synthetic yarns as mono fibre and are not subjected to any of spinning and twisting operation.
Monofilaments that we are selling as an agency of FIL. VA, are used in several sectors for example technical textile, geotextiles, upholstery, hometextiles, braided sleeves, sewing thread, fabrics reinforcements, fabrics for filtration, technical tapes, curtain ribbons, 3- D fabrics and many others more.
Cotton: Cotton is a valuable plant which is growed for its’ fibers. The cotton fiber, is one of the most important raw metarial of the weaving industry, in addition to being cheap, through excellent specifications such as having twisted form for easy spinning, not requiring any special operation before weaving, durability against to wash, being stronger from wool, is generally used in all type of weaving fabrics. The foreign origin cotton yarns which we have sold, are brancing off two types karded and combed.
Nylon: Nylon is a synthetic yarn which is made from poliamid fibers. Elastic and strong nylon yarns are mostly used in textiles as well as polyester yarns. The most important characteristics of the nylon yarns are having durability, stabilization and easy care. Static electrification is low but it has peeling problem. The nylon yarns have high resistance speciality against the temperature but they have lower resistance against to the light. Because of these reasons, they are generally used in textiles which are required having high resistance against to friction and abrasion.
The foreign origin nylon yarns which we have sold as proforma, are especially used in production of hosiery, underwear, swimwear, sport clothes, home textiles. In addition to these usage fields, it is common in production of industrial products.
