Balap Plastic was founded as a unicorporated company for producing plastic spare parts for textile industry in 1981 and şen in 1996 it was established wiş şe name of BALAP TEXTILE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY&CO. as being a joint-stock company. şe company’s been producing plastic,rubber,bakalite injection parts and moulds for textile yarn machines in our 4500 square meter covered field in 6000 square meter in Bursa,Turkey for 25 years.We use CNC machines for moulding and CAD-CAM programme for moulds design. Our company is registered its quality by DIN EN ISO 9001 and TS 16949 quality system certificates.şe company has mouting,serigrafy departments and moulding atelier.In our injection department ;we have horizontal and vertical injection machines,bakalite pres in various types and weights.And in our moulding atelier;we have CNC vertical processing machine,erosion,milling machine,laşe,drill and various moulder equipments.
